AmerisourceBergen Announces Redemption of the Bergen Capital Trust I 7.80% Trust Originated Preferred Securities
VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 28, 2004--AmerisourceBergen (NYSE:ABC) today announced that its trust subsidiary, Bergen Capital Trust I, will redeem all of its outstanding 7.80% Trust Originated Preferred Securities (CUSIP No. 083748202), at the liquidation amount of $25.00 per preferred security plus accrued cash distributions through the redemption date of May 28, 2004.
The cash distributions will cease to accrue on the securities as of the redemption date. The notice of redemption was mailed on April 28, 2004.
