VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 11, 2005--The Board of Directors of AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE:ABC) today declared a cash dividend of $0.025 per share on Common Stock, payable September 6, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 22, 2005.
