AmerisourceBergen Approves Quarterly Dividend

VALLEY FORGE, Pa., Jul 30, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE:ABC) today declared a cash dividend of $0.025 per share on Common Stock, payable September 2, 2003 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 18, 2003.
