Bergen Brunswig Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

ORANGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 9, 2001--The Board of Directors of Bergen Brunswig Corporation (NYSE:BBC) has declared a cash dividend of $0.01 per share on Class A Common Stock, payable on September 3, 2001 to shareowners of record at the close of business on August 20, 2001.
