VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 23, 2003--The Board of Directors of AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE:ABC) today declared a cash dividend of $0.025 per share on Common Stock, payable June 2, 2003 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 19, 2003.
