AmerisourceBergen Announces Date and Time for Earnings Release, Conference Call and Webcast

The Company will host a conference call to discuss the results at 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time on January 24, 2002. Participating in the conference call will be:

Users are encouraged to log on to the webcast approximately 15 minutes in advance of the scheduled start time of the call.
