The four members elected to the Board today were: Rodney H. Brady, President and
Chief Executive Officer of Deseret Management Corporation; Charles H. Cotros,
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sysco Corporation; Jane E. Henney, M.D.,
Senior Scholar in Residence at the Association of Academic Health Centers; and
R. David Yost, President and Chief Executive Officer of AmerisourceBergen
Corporation.
The terms of each of those elected today will expire at the Annual Meeting in
2005. The Company's Board of Directors currently consists of ten directors.
AmerisourceBergen stockholders also approved the Company's 2002 Employee Stock
Purchase Plan as outlined in the Proxy Statement dated January 22, 2002.
