VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 21, 2004--The Board of Directors of AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE:ABC) today declared a cash dividend of $0.025 per share on Common Stock, payable March 1, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 16, 2004.
