VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 11, 2004--The Board of Directors of AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE:ABC) today declared a cash dividend of $0.025 per share on Common Stock, payable December 7, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 22, 2004.
