VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 2005--AmerisourceBergen is hosting a record turnout at its 4th Annual National Healthcare Conference & Exposition July 13-17 in Las Vegas, with over 7,000 pharmacists and other healthcare professionals participating in a wide variety of educational programs including Continuing Education (CE) courses and interacting with pharmaceutical manufacturers and other service providers. The Company is also unveiling a new direction for its Good Neighbor Pharmacy(R) network of independently owned and operated community pharmacies. In addition, the Company is sponsoring the Community Pharmacy Leader's Forum at its Expo featuring Craig Fuller, President and CEO of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores; John Gray, President and CEO of Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA); and Bruce Roberts, R.Ph., Executive Vice President and CEO of the National Community Pharmacists Association.

The Community Pharmacy Leader's Forum is a day-long event focused on helping community pharmacies thrive in today's environment.
