VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2012-- The Board of Directors of AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) today declared a cash dividend of $0.13 per share on Common Stock, payable March 5, 2012, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 17, 2012.
