Company Reiterates Earnings Per Share Guidance

AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE:ABC) today announced that Company
management will be presenting at the Baird 2012 Healthcare Conference on
September 5, 2012, and at the Morgan Stanley Global Healthcare
Conference on September 11, 2012. Both presentations will be webcast and

The Company also reiterated its expectation for diluted earnings per
share in fiscal year 2012 to be in the range of $2.80 to $2.84, and that
its preliminary expectation for fiscal 2013 is for diluted earnings per
share growth in the high single digit to low double digit range.
